Your use of the PDS Subscription Services, PDS Mobile Applications, and PDS API is governed by the PDS Master Subscription Agreement and the applicable Order Form. In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and the Master Subscription Agreement, the Master Subscription Agreement controls. The PDS Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Website Terms by reference.
Scope and Availability
These Website Terms apply to the Website. Reference to any product or service on the Website is not an offer to sell or supply that product or service. Products and services may not be available in all states and are not available outside the United States. Features and specifications may change at any time without notice.

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state courts of California. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Website Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding use of the Website.
