PLATFORM

The daily operating layer, between the sensors and the harvest.

Aroya reads the room. The harvest report reads the result. What happens in between, the steps that ran, the ones that slipped, the thing someone caught on a Tuesday, is where most facilities lose the thread. These three keep it.

Checklists

The same process, every room, every cycle.

A checklist run differently by whoever was on shift is the reason two rooms of the same strain finish apart. Standardize the steps that matter, and every crew runs the room the same way. When a harvest comes in strong, you can quantify what drove it and repeat it. When it comes in light, you know it was not the process.

  • Room level checklists that carry across every cycle, not one off task lists.
  • See what got done, by whom, and when, without walking the room.
  • Skipped or late steps surface the same day, not in the harvest debrief.

Conflict

Thu: Harvest (Flower 3) overlaps Flip (Flower 1). Both pull the same crew window. Move the flip to Fri?

SMART SCHEDULER

The tasks that protect the harvest do not slip.

Ten rooms on different cycles means a flip, a defoliation, and a harvest can all land on the same short staffed Thursday. The Scheduler puts every room’s cultivation tasks on one timeline and flags the collisions before they reach the floor. You move the work while you can still move it.

  • Recurring tasks (transplant, top, defoliate, IPM foliar, flip, flush, harvest) mapped to each room’s actual cycle.
  • Conflict detection for overlapping harvests, stacked labor, and rooms competing for the same crew window.
  • Adjust one room and see what it does to the rest of the week.
