Cultivation Module

Improve yield, quality, and margins for your grow.

The Cultivation module is the primary foundation of PDS. It holds the plan for each room, the record of what the crew did, and what the climate did, then turns each harvest into a report you can hold up against the last one.

That’s how one good room becomes a repeatable one. Same template, same steps, same targets, so when a room comes in light you can see what was different.

Veg Flower Log Day 89 of 89
Plan · Jun 18

28 days veg, then 61 days flower. 900 plants on 100 lights.

Climate · every morning

All 9 flower weeks in band. Temperature, humidity and VPD, graded week by week.

Logged · Aug 20

Fan failure on the north wall. Replaced the same day.

Harvest report · Sep 15

Strain Performance

PDS ranks every strain you grow across all of your finished harvests, so you can see which strains lead, which run steady and which room suits each one best.

  • Every strain ranked by grams per plant, with how consistent it runs.
  • A strain by room grid that shows where each strain does best.
  • Bottom-tier strains flagged for a review of their canopy space.

Environmental Analyzer Bloom 3 · Watch
PDS telemetry for a flower room on a phone: the room reads Watch because VPD ran above 1.4 kPa, with an insight on the next step, climate and substrate charts with day and night shading, and an hourly VPD heatmap where the hours from 12 to 18 are out of range.

Each room carries a status. Bloom 3 reads Watch today.

Environmental Analyzer

PDS reads the controllers and sensors you already run, including Aroya, TrolMaster and Growlink. Every morning it checks each room’s climate and root-zone readings from the day before against its stage targets, and gives the room a status: Stable, Watch or Needs action.

  • Climate and substrate charts with day and night shading.
  • An hour-by-hour VPD heatmap that shows when a room drifted.
  • A short insight on each room with the next step.

Facility Map

Every room in your facility on one map, showing what stage it’s in and what day of the cycle it’s on.

  • Clone and mother, veg, flower and drying rooms in one view.
  • Updated every morning from the day before.
  • Each room with a sensor shows its status: Stable, Watch or Needs action.

Bloom 3 · Watch. VPD ran above 1.4 kPa for 7 hours of the light period.

Veg · Needs action. Overnight dryback came in under 10%.

Smart Scheduler

Every harvest group’s stage starts and tasks on one calendar, by year, month or week. Test changes in a branch, see what they conflict with, and approve them into the live plan when they’re right.

  • Filter by zone or harvest group to see one room’s schedule.
  • Branches flag stages that run too long or too short, zones over their plant cap, and tasks moved outside their stage or out of order.
  • Every approved branch is logged in the changelog, change by change.

The PDS Smart Scheduler: the live plan, Main Branch, with branch drafts in a list on the left, a zone and harvest group filter, and a year calendar of every harvest group's stage starts and tasks, each tagged with its zone.

Main Branch is the live plan. Each branch holds its own changes and conflicts until it's approved.

Harvest report Bloom 2 · #3 of 8
PDS harvest report for a flower room on a phone: ranked third of eight runs in the room, yield, yield per light and per plant, yield by strain against the room's lights, temperature, humidity and VPD graded week by week, and one logged equipment entry.

Every harvest opens with where it ranks against the room's past runs.

Harvest Reports

Close out a harvest and PDS writes its report: yield per light and per plant, where the run ranks against the room’s past runs, climate by flower week, and what the crew logged.

  • Each strain’s yield against its share of the room’s lights.
  • Temperature, humidity and VPD graded week by week against the room’s targets.
  • Issues and observations laid out across the cycle.

Benchmark Reports

Pick two to four finished harvests and see them side by side, with the factors that lined up with the difference in yield.

  • One scorecard for yield, cycle length, plant density, dry-down and strain mix.
  • Flower-window averages for VPD, temperature, humidity, CO2 and the root zone.
  • Drivers ranked as leads to test, not proof of cause.
